I sent a message by mistake. Can I get it back?
For 10 seconds after Send, yes: choose Undo and it returns to Drafts. After that it has gone.
How much mail can my mailbox hold?
Every mailbox starts with 10 GB. An admin can change a mailbox's limit under Settings › Mail.
Why don't I see Mail settings in my profile?
They appear once you have a mailbox. An admin gives you one under Settings › Mail.
Can I use Apple Mail or my phone's mail app?
Yes. Make a password for that app under Profile › Mail › Mail apps, then sign in with your mailbox address and that password. See /help/mail/read-mail-in-other-apps.
Can I sign in to Coding Cords with my mailbox address?
Yes. Your mailbox address, or any alias of it, works for signing in as well as your own email.
Can I bring my old mail with me?
Yes. Admins move any of the company's mailboxes under Settings › Mail › Migration, and you can move your own from Profile › Mail. Your old provider's mail is copied in, and new mail keeps coming across until you switch over.
