Sort mail with rules
File, flag or forward incoming mail automatically, forward everything elsewhere, and send unwanted senders to Junk.

Rules run on the mail server as each message arrives, so they work even when Coding Cords is closed and in every mail app. They live under Profile › Mail, in Rules.
Add a rule
- Open Profile › Mail and choose Add rule.
- Say which messages it is for, for example by From or Subject, or choose Anything.
- Under Then, choose what happens: Move to a folder, Mark as read, Flag, or Forward to an address.
- Choose Save.
To change a rule, open it and choose Edit rule. To drop it, choose Remove rule.
Forward everything
Turn on Forward everything and give the address in Forward to. Leave Keep a copy here on if you still want the mail in this mailbox as well.
Block a sender
Under Blocked senders, choose Block a sender and enter their address. Their mail goes straight to Junk.
