Repeat a task

Make a task come back daily, weekly or monthly, and choose when the series ends.

Updated

Work that comes round again, such as a weekly report, can repeat on its own.

Set a task to repeat

  1. Open the task.
  2. Choose Repeat (it reads Doesn't repeat until you set it).
  3. Under Repeats, choose Daily, Weekly or Monthly. For weekly, pick the days.
  4. Under Ends, choose when the series stops, if it should.

Only a top-level task can repeat, not a subtask.

What happens next

When the task is done, the next one is made in To do, due on the next date. It keeps the same title, people, group, tags, subtasks and description.

Stop a series

Delete the latest task in the series. No more are made after it.
