Plan your day in My tasks
See your to-do list beside your calendar, drag tasks onto it to plan time, and start a task to work on it now.
Updated
My tasks is your to-do list from every project, next to your own calendar. You plan your time there; nobody plans it for you.
Your list
Choose To do, In progress or Done above the list. Pick a project to see only its tasks, or All projects. A task appears under To do once it is assigned to you and moved to To do, unless it is waiting for another task.
Plan time
Drag a task from the list onto the calendar. The block is time set aside for it, and the task shows as In progress while a block is under way or ahead. Only a task's assignee can put it on a calendar, and only while it is in To do.
Start working now
Choose Start on a task (on its row, its card, its sheet or its right-click menu). It goes on your calendar from now for up to 90 minutes, ending sooner if something else on your calendar starts first. A task in the backlog moves to To do in the same step.
- Fifteen minutes before the block ends, you are told. Choose More time to add 30 minutes.
- Choose Stop to end the block now.
- A block nobody extends simply ends, and the task is back in To do with the time worked.
Time is never lost
When a task is finished, moved back or given to someone else, blocks still ahead are removed, a block under way ends at that moment, and past blocks stay as time spent. The task sheet shows it under Time spent.
Personal tasks
Personal in the sidebar holds your private tasks. Nobody else sees them, admins included. They work like any other task.
