Common questions about Forms and Signing
Answers to the questions people ask most about forms and signatures.
Updated
Do people need an account to answer a form or sign?
No. Forms open from their link, and signers sign from the link in their email.
Can I stop a form taking answers?
Yes. Switch off Taking answers on the form's Share tab, or set a date under Stop taking answers on.
How do I get all the answers at once?
On the form's Answers tab, choose CSV.
How do signers prove who they are?
They confirm their email with a 6-digit code sent to it before they sign. The signed copy ends with a certificate of who signed, and when.
Can I cancel a request once it's sent?
Yes. Open it from Signatures and choose Withdraw. The links stop working and the signers are told it's no longer needed.
Still stuck?
