Turn on the client portal
Let your clients sign in to follow their projects, and set the line that greets them.

The client portal is where your clients sign in to follow their projects, read their proposals and invoices, and write to your team. It carries your company's name and logo from the company profile. Owners and admins switch it on.
Switch it on
- Open Settings › Client portal.
- Turn on Clients can sign in.
- The portal's address shows under the switch. Open it to see the sign-in page your clients will use.
If the card says "Coming soon", the portal doesn't have its own address yet and can't be switched on.
Greet your clients
Under Welcome, write a line for the top of every client's home page, up to 300 characters, then select Save.
What comes next
Turning the portal on lets nobody in by itself. Each client sees only the projects you share with them, and only the parts of each project you choose. Set that on each project: see /help/client-portal/share-a-project-with-a-client.
