Decide what happens with each answer
Thank people, send them to a page, and turn each answer into a lead, a task, a document or an email.
Updated
The After an answer tab sets what people see once they send the form, and what Coding Cords makes from each answer.
What they see
Write a Thank-you message. To send people to a page of your own instead, add its address under Then go to.
With each answer
Switch on any of these:
- Tell me: a notification to whoever made the form.
- Email the answer: an email with every answer to the people of your team you choose.
- Add to the CRM as a lead: choose which question gives each detail. Someone already in the CRM with the same email or phone gets the answer on their timeline instead.
- Make a task: choose the Project, which answer it's Named after, and who it's Assigned to. Every answer goes into the task's description. With nobody assigned, it goes to the backlog.
- Save as a document: kept in Files, in a folder named after the form followed by "answers".
Read the answers
The Answers tab lists everything that came in, with a count beside its name. Search with Search answers, open one to see it in full with its files and whatever was made from it, or download them all with CSV. To remove one, choose Delete answer.
