Share a form
Send a form's link, put it on your website, and choose when it stops taking answers.

Everything about who can reach a form is on its Share tab.
Send the link
Choose Copy link at the top of the form, or copy it from Link on the Share tab. Anyone with the link can answer.
Put it on your website
Under On your website, choose Copy code and paste the code where the form should appear. The form grows to fit the space.
Open and close it
Taking answers switches the form on or off. While it's off, the link says the form isn't taking answers.
To close it on a set day, choose a date and time under Stop taking answers on. After that moment the form closes by itself. No closing date removes it again.
