Who can see a channel?
Anyone in your company can find and join a public channel. A private channel is seen only by its members.
Do guests need an account to join a meeting?
No. They open the link, give their name and ask to join. With the lobby on, they wait until someone from your company lets them in.
Why didn't my call ring anyone?
Calls ring only in direct messages and groups. In a channel the call is shown as going on, and people join when they see it.
When is a call marked missed?
When nobody answers within 40 seconds.
Can I share my screen from my phone?
No. Screen sharing works from a computer only.
Will I still hear about mentions in a muted conversation?
Yes. Muting stops the other notifications, but mentions of you still reach you.
