Get notes from a meeting
Have Cord transcribe a meeting and write its summary, decisions and action items for you.
Updated
Cord can listen to a meeting and keep its notes, so nobody has to write them down while you talk.
Turn notes on
When you make or change a meeting, the Notes switch decides whether it is transcribed. It starts at your company's choice, and you can change it for each meeting. While a meeting is transcribed, the call shows Transcribing.
What you get
Open the meeting from Meetings after it ends to find:
- Summary: what the meeting covered.
- Decisions: what was agreed.
- Action items: who does what, which you can turn into tasks.
- Open questions: what was left unanswered.
- Transcript: everything that was said. Click a point in the summary to find it in the transcript.
You can add to the Agenda, a decision, a note or an action item yourself. On an agenda point that is still open, choose Keep for next time to carry it to the next meeting.
