Plan your day on the calendar

Put your tasks on your calendar, move and resize them, and see your meetings beside them.

Updated

Your calendar sits in My tasks, beside your to-do list. It shows the time you have planned for tasks and the meetings you are in.

Put a task on the calendar

Drag a task from the list onto the calendar, at the time you want to work on it. It moves to In progress while its time is now or ahead. Only the person a task is assigned to can put it on their calendar, and only while it is to do.

On a phone, open the calendar and choose Plan time to pick a task and a time for the day.

Move or change it

  • Drag a block to move it.
  • Drag its top or bottom edge to change when it starts or ends.
  • Open a block's menu for Open task, Mark done, Mark as to do or Remove from calendar. On a block under way, Stop now, keep time so far ends it now.

Taking a task off the calendar never loses time worked: time already spent stays recorded.

Change the view

Choose Day, 3 days, Week or Month. A phone shows one day or three. Choose Today to come back to now.

Keyboard

T goes to today, J and K move to the next and previous period, and D, X, W and M switch to day, 3 days, week and month. C books a meeting and / searches.
