Share a collection

A collection is a set of items you keep together and share with the same people. Your Personal collection is yours alone.

Make a collection

1. Under Collections, select New collection.
2. Give it a name, such as Engineering, and select Make collection.
3. Add the people who should open it.

Roles

Everyone in a collection can open what's in it. Each person has one role:

1. Can view: read and copy items.
2. Can edit: also change items.
3. Manages: also share the collection and change people's roles.

To change a collection later, open its Sharing and settings. From there you can also Leave it, or Delete collection.

For admins

The Vault's menu has Access, which lists every shared collection and who can open it. What's inside stays sealed, even from admins who aren't in the collection. Activity there shows who did what across the whole vault.
