Set up the vault
Set up your company's vault, keep its recovery code safe and choose your master password.

The Vault keeps your company's passwords and secrets, end-to-end encrypted. What's inside is sealed with keys only you and the people you share with can open, and your master password never leaves your device.
The first admin
The first admin to open the Vault sets it up.
- Open Vault. Under Set up the vault, you see the company's recovery code. With it, an admin can give someone back their vault if they forget their password. It's shown only now.
- Select Copy or Download, and keep it somewhere safe and offline.
- Select Continue, then choose your master password and select Open the vault.
Everyone else
The first time you open Vault, choose your master password and select Open the vault. Nobody can see it or reset it for you.
Unlock faster with a passkey
- In the Vault's menu, open Passkeys and password.
- Select Add a passkey.
Next time, choose Unlock with a passkey to open the vault with Face ID, Touch ID or your device's PIN. Select Lock in the Vault's bar to close it again.
