Is there a free trial?
Yes. A new company gets 14 days of Company for up to 10 people, with no card needed. AI is capped at $5 in all during the trial, and Outreach and phone stay off until a plan is paid. Choose a plan in Settings › Plan and store to keep everything as it is.
Is there a free plan?
No. Every plan has a base price for the admin. Starter for one person is $49 a month.
Who can change the plan or pay?
Admins. Members who reach a limit are asked to see an admin.
Will I lose my data if we stop paying?
Not straight away. An unpaid or cancelled company becomes read-only: everyone can still sign in, read and export everything. After a cancelled plan ends, your data stays for 30 days.
Is yearly billing cheaper?
Yes. Billed yearly, Starter is $42 a month for the admin and $25 a member, against $49 and $29 monthly. Company is $129 and $49, against $149 and $59. Enterprise is $415 and $84, against $499 and $99.
What does a company of 12 pay on Company?
The admin plus 11 members, monthly: $149 plus 11 × $59, which is $798 a month before any add-ons.
