Manage payment and invoices

Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, the merchant of record. It takes the payment, adds VAT and sales tax where they apply, and issues the invoices and receipts.

Update your card

In Settings › Plan and store, select Payment method. This opens Lemon Squeezy's page, where you change your card or see your billing details.

Download invoices

Settings › Plan and store lists every invoice under Invoices, newest first, marked Paid, Due, Refunded or Void. Select the download button beside one to get a copy.

When a payment fails

A Payment failed notice appears for admins in Settings › Plan and store. Lemon Squeezy tries the card again while your plan stays active. Select Update card to fix it.

If every try fails, the plan is unpaid and the company becomes read-only:

• Your data stays readable and you can export it.
• Everyone can still sign in.
• New work stops until the card is updated.

Cancel your plan

Select Cancel plan in Settings › Plan and store. A sheet says what happens, then Continue to cancel takes you to Lemon Squeezy's page.

• Everything keeps working until the end of the period you paid for.
• Nothing more is charged after that.
• Then the company is read-only: everyone can still sign in, read and export.
• Your data stays for 30 days.
