Track allowances and add more

Each plan includes an amount of the things that are used by the unit. Settings › Plan and store shows each one with a bar of how much is used. Admins are told when one reaches 80%.

Projects, tasks, chat and Vault items are unlimited on every plan. Deals are unlimited on Company and Enterprise. Meeting transcripts and Cord notes have no limit of their own: they are paid from the AI balance.

When an amount runs out

• Storage: uploads keep working up to 110%, then they are refused.
• Form responses: keep coming in up to 110%.
• Everything else: new work of that kind is refused until next month, or until you add more.

When something runs out, a sheet says what was used and offers the way to more. Members see Ask an admin for more.

Add more

Select Add more beside an add-on, choose how many, then Review and Confirm. Add-ons cost the same on every plan and are billed monthly. You can raise or lower them at any time.

Sales mailboxes, CRM contacts, Outreach active leads and campaign emails are sold on Company and Enterprise only.

Campaign emails come in steps of 5,000, 25,000 or 100,000 a month, at $99, $249 or $599. You pay the difference between your plan's step and the step you choose.
