Top up AI balance and call credit

Two things are paid in advance rather than billed afterwards: the AI balance and call credit. Each plan includes some of both every month, and admins top up when more is needed.

AI balance

The AI balance pays for Cord, meeting transcripts and Cord notes. Each plan includes an amount a month: $5 plus $5 per member on Starter, $20 plus $10 per member on Company, and $75 plus $20 per member on Enterprise.

A month's use comes first out of the plan's own balance, then out of what you topped up. What you topped up and didn't use carries over to the next month.

Call credit

Call credit pays for calls. Each plan includes some a month: $3 on Starter, $15 on Company and $50 on Enterprise. The included credit is spent before credit you paid for. See /help/phone/phone-credit.

Top up

In Settings › Plan and store, select Top up beside AI balance or Call credit, choose an amount from $25, and pay. Payment goes through Lemon Squeezy, which sends the receipt, and the amount shows a few moments later. A top-up is paid once and never renews.

During the trial

The trial includes $5 of AI in all. Phone is off until a plan is paid, so call credit isn't needed.
