What can Cord see?
Only what you can see yourself. It never reads the Vault, passwords, bank details or other people's pay.
Does Cord change things without asking?
Only small changes inside the company that you plainly asked for and that can be taken back, and those come with Undo. Anything that leaves the company, moves money or can't be undone waits for you. See /help/cord/cord-changes-and-undo.
What does Cord cost?
Cord runs on the company's AI allowance. Sorting and search are free; answers, drafts, edits and transcripts use the allowance. Owners and admins set limits in Settings › AI.
Why did Cord stop answering?
A spending limit may have been reached. Cord waits until the next day or month, or until an admin raises the limit. An admin may also have turned Cord, or that place, off.
Can I get help from a person?
Yes. Cord answers help questions first, and you can always ask for a person.
