Tell Cord what to remember
Add, change or forget the things Cord keeps in mind for you and for the whole company.

Cord keeps short memories and reads the ones that matter before it answers. There are two kinds.
Your memory
Only you can see your memories. Find them at Profile › AI, under Your memory.
Company memory
Company memories are read by Cord for everyone in the company. Everyone can see them; only owners and admins add, change or forget them, at Settings › AI, under Company memory.
Add, change or forget
- On the memory card, select Add, or select a memory to open it.
- Write it in a line or two, up to 500 characters.
- Select Save, or Forget to remove it.
How Cord writes
Owners and admins can also give Cord standing instructions in Settings › AI, under How Cord writes: how the company likes to write, the words it uses, who it calls what. Cord reads them before every answer and draft.
