Make and take phone calls

You can call out once an admin has given you a number. Calls to and from the phone network open in the same call window as any other call in Coding Cords.

Call someone in the CRM

1. Open the person or the deal in the CRM.
2. Select Call. It rings them from the line you used last.

To call from another line, open the arrow beside Call and pick Call from the line you want. The call is added to their timeline when it ends.

Call any number

1. In the CRM, open Contacts and select the phone button at the top.
2. Type or paste the number in any format. If it belongs to a contact, their name shows.
3. If you have more than one line, choose which one to call From.
4. Select Call.

On a phone, the dialler opens as a sheet from the bottom of the screen.

Answer a call

A call to a number rings everyone who has it, and the first to answer takes it. Answering from a notification opens the CRM, where calls with outside numbers belong.

No line yet

If Call is greyed out, you have no phone line yet. An admin can add one in Settings › Phone and give it to you.
