Set your sign-in email and recovery email

Sign in with your work email, change it, and add a personal recovery email for resetting your password.

Updated

You sign in with one email, ideally your work mailbox. A personal recovery email can reset your password if you lose access to it.

Switch to your work email

If you signed up with a personal address and now have a mailbox on your company's domain, Profile › Security offers Use your work email to sign in.

  1. Select Use work email.
  2. Open the link sent to your work address.

From then on you sign in with your work email, and your old personal address becomes your recovery email.

Change your sign-in email

  1. Go to Profile › Security and select Change email under Email.
  2. Enter the New email and your password, then select Send link.
  3. Open the link in that inbox within 24 hours.

The change is made when you open the link. Your old address is told about it.

Add a recovery email

  1. Under Recovery email, select Add.
  2. Enter a personal address and your password, then select Send link.
  3. Open the link sent to it.

It counts once you open the link. It can't be on one of your company's domains or be the address you sign in with. To change it, select Change; to remove it, select Remove and enter your password.

A forgotten-password link goes to both addresses once the recovery email is confirmed.
