Refund Policy
Version 1, in effect from
On this page
The short version. Lemon Squeezy sells our subscriptions as merchant of record and issues refunds. Cancel any time and keep access to the end of the period you paid for. If Coding Cords isn't right for you, ask within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund. After that we do not refund part-used periods or credit you have used.
Who handles payment
Your order is with Lemon Squeezy, which charges you, collects tax, and issues your invoice and any refund, under its buyer terms. We set the refund policy below and Lemon Squeezy carries it out; Lemon Squeezy may also refund an order within 60 days of purchase at its own discretion, for example to prevent a chargeback. Ask us at support@codingcords.com, or ask Lemon Squeezy directly. A refund can take up to 10 days to show on your statement.
Refunds
- First payment: a full refund if you ask within 14 days of your first charge.
- Later payments: not refunded, and we do not refund part of a month or year. Cancelling stops the next renewal.
- Used credit: calls, texts, AI and other usage you have already used are not refunded, except when the charge was our mistake.
- Changes to our terms: if you cancel because of a material change to the Terms, we refund prepaid fees for the unused period.
- Downgrades take effect at your next renewal.
Cancelling
In Settings › Billing, at any time. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. After that your data is kept for 30 days so you can export it (see the Terms).
EU and UK right of withdrawal
Coding Cords is sold to businesses, so the consumer 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply. If you buy as a consumer anyway, Lemon Squeezy's buyer terms set out your rights, and our 14-day refund on the first payment applies too.
